Great Leaders

Great leaders show the mixture of achievements and set backs by showing their strengths and weaknesses, kind of like kids in high school. Some are good at one subject, but not the another subject. Not all great leaders have all strength, they must have some weaknesses to balance them out.
I don't see less of a leader of either who show weakness or encounter failure. They both kind of mean the same thing anyway and that's what makes a leader. They do have weaknesses and/or encounter failure, but they can try to get better and become stronger from it. That's what makes leaders human.
There are a lot of leaders out in the world, but the leaders I think are great are the ones who fought for equal rights and their own right. They all may not had got through the end of the fights and get to feel the freedom, but they did have followers to help them achieve their goals. The leaders made great plans and speeches to encourage people to get what they want should have gotten in the beginning. Some of the leaders were kind of headstrong or too determined on what they wanted and gotten them killed from it and others.

Lifw Without Alphabet

Life would defiantly be more difficult with out the alphabet since if you want to talk to someone you'll have to be in person to do that at all times. People wouldn't be able to write, read, type, text, or use the Internet. Learning different subjects would be hard like different cultures or people from around the world scine you can't take note about eveything about that subject and I know everyone can't remember every single detail about it. We wouldn't be able to understand other langauges or how to pernounce a word correctly. The world would be crazy and confused.

Learn From Resume

I followed the directions on the website on how to write a resume, like make you name real big on the top of the paper so they know who you are. I also bold the topics, like objective, my actives and experience. I followed it because it was what most companies want the resume to look like. I learned to be organized and give information that the company you are applying for what they want to see that is true about you, like if you're applying for a day care they company want to know if you're great with kids and have experience in that.
My percetion on resume didn't change because I already know that resumes are good and that you have to put good information on them. PLus they aren't the easiest thing to do and some companies are picky about what people reumes should look like.

Resumes

I haven’t ever done a resume, but I have seen my mom and sister do them for jobs. They say they can be difficult to do because there are different ways to do resumes and some places like resumes organized in a certain way.  I know that resumes show what you know and what you are experience in. It shows who you are and what you are into. I think resumes are important because it show’s who you are and what you are experienced in. Companies or people that are hiring will want to see if you are the best person for this job or not. Resumes look very organized and show dates and jobs or volunteer work you have done in the past. They can say the person is organized and very helpful or it can say they are just ok at organizing and helping people out. It just depends on the person and what they have on the resume.

About Me

Hi, my name is Johanna Chang, but call me Jojo. I have a big family, 3 brothers and 3 sisters.  I’m the youngest in my family. I have two nieces and a nephew on the way, I hope it’s a nephew.  I really don't need another niece. I’m a tomboy/dork/nerd. I can be very shy around new people, but hey who isn’t. I’m very much into exercising, playing sports and being in outdoors. I use to do softball, track, cross country, volleyball, soccer and wrestling. I still love doing those sports with family and friends, but I'm not on a team anymore. I do enjoy reading and getting some education in me. I can be a goofball around people I’m comfortable with.  I absolutely love animals and nature.  It’s so interesting how you can learn so much from them. I kind of play the piano and guitar. I was in choir for 3 years, but quit once I got into middle school.
